Chicago Cut Steakhouse is redefining the traditional steakhouse experience. Owners David Flom and Matt Moore, both veterans of the restaurant industry, demonstrate the importance of guest service and hospitality coupled with the finest cuisine. Chicago Cut Steakhouse will be the only steakhouse in the city to exclusively serve USDA-certified prime steaks, which will be butchered and dry aged on the premises. The restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, features a dramatic dining room, a vibrant bar area and a sprawling outdoor patio situated along the Chicago River.
