We formed our duo this past summer and are looking for a drummer and bass player for a four piece band. Modern soft rock and pop rock. Michelle Branch, Jewel, KT Tungstall, Sixpence, Dolores O'Riordan. Backup vocals are a definite plus.

As we all know, in the past few years there has been a lot of teen violence in the inner city of Chicago. With the recent death of Derrion Albert, it seems as if we've reached a point where young black on black violence just is accepted as the norm. As young musicians, we want to let our voice be heard through music to let everyone know that we see whats going on and we want to lend a hand to help it stop. We owe it to our generation, just like musicians before us used music to the help the community deal with current problems. We're a four member band that includes a guitarist, drummer, bassist, and keyboardist. We are in need of vocalist/songwriter that really understands whats going on the inner city of Chicago and is ready to make a change. We are a soul/rock band and we want our band to be versatile in song content, we don't want to be just a political based band. We are looking for someone between the ages of 18-24. We do have a practice space and we rehearse twice a week.
