Do you live near Mundelein, Round Lake, or Grayslake and want to have some fun playing holdem? My Wednesday night game allows you to play and gain experience without paying an arm and a leg and all money goes to the pot, there isn’t a rake or house charges. It's a lot of fun and great for gaining experience.
Every Wednesday night we play No Limit Texas Holdem, tournament style for very low stakes. The buy-in is just $5 and we allow rebuys within the first 30 minutes. In case you would have busted out early, to prevent you from having a wasted trip out. We start at 7:00pm sharp and get in two games usually by around 11:30pm, or even earlier. The first game usually ends right after 9:00pm, so if you feel you can only make the 1st, or the 2nd game, then we can probably accommodate you. We have openings for a couple more players, to increase the player pool. If you're looking for a very low-key and non-intimidating game, then this one is for you. It's the type that you wouldn't mind bringing your wife or girl friend to. :) Btw, our players range in age from 20's up to 50's.
