Northrop Grumman offers challenging career opportunities in Hardware Engineering within the Mission Systems Sector that play a key role in the mission to protect our military personnel. The Hardware Engineering organization is dedicated to consistently providing high quality product designs in support of multiple product areas. The Signal Conversion Technology department provides concept-to-production development, test, and integration for all types of digital, analog & RF hardware that support architectures ranging from RFEW, IRCM & imaging systems, and real-time embedded control systems.

The Signal Conversion Technology (SCT) manager will oversee a group of engineers performing electronic hardware design at the circuit, subsystem, and/or system level for advanced product development, involving translation of customer requirements into hardware requirements as well as test and integration of hardware subsystems and components. Responsibilities include the ability to oversee project execution, maintain staffing across multiple programs, monitor and improve design processes, provide collaboration internal and external to the Hardware Engineering (HWE) organization, as well as development of the engineering staff.

The SCT manager will have previous, relevant experience in Analog, Digital, Mechanical, Power and/or RF engineering including test and integration in a production environment.
