Position Summary:
Reporting to the CHRO, the VP, HR : North America Operations will serve as a strategic business partner and key member of the North America Operations leadership team. This individual will work closely with BU leadership to drive culture and align human resource policies, practices, and strategies in support of the short: and long:term business plan, as well as the operating and financial objectives.
The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for leading a team of geographically dispersed HR business partners in consistently delivering a broad spectrum of HR practices, processes and programs, and will collaborate with the HR Centers of Excellence in driving talent management, including: recruitment and selection, performance management, employee retention, talent/ leadership development and succession management; total rewards, including compensation and benefits; organizational design and change; legal compliance; employee relations; and employee communications.

Key roles and responsibilities include:
Head of HR Administration : Ownership of the operational delivery of HR Administrative services for all geographic regions, ensuring that quality service is provided to all employees in line with the business's policies and procedures.
Business Partnership : Understands the diverse work of our leaders and their business and people priorities, implementing systematic organization and people strategies that are aligned to the business strategy. This position is accountable for driving execution of the people and culture strategy for the organization.
Talent Management : Partners with the business to identify key talent, define and utilize quality succession plans and understand capabilities needed to deliver for the future success of the organization.
Employee Advocate : Builds management and leadership capabilities to facilitate an open, inclusive, values:based environment that enables effective employee advocacy. Ensure role is perceived as an objective employee resource and escalation path for unresolved employee relation issues.
Coach : Provides authentic feedback and coaching to senior leaders and managers, providing both constructive and appreciative feedback on their behaviors, decisions, individual effectiveness, competencies and personal development. Through effective influence, drive changes in management behavior to support a culture of accountability and high performance.
Program Sponsorship : Leads the implementation of core people and culture programs into the business ensuring an effective, sustainable long:term people strategy.
Change Agent : Partners with leaders to facilitate organization and culture change. Takes proactive role by articulating a compelling vision of change; anticipating and overcoming potential obstacles; and addressing conflicts among the leadership group for discussion and resolution.
