Sr Affiliations Program Manager
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this is a unique opportunity for a seasoned manager to build and implement an affiliations program on a large scale. This newly created role will work closely with segment mangers to understand the customer and to determine where value can be created. This position will evolve in to a leadership role and this person must create this program to sustain over time. The ability to implement and work with IT programs and tools is required.
:Ability to understand how JH creates non:product value add and implement this into a system that build switching costs with our customers.
:Ability to manage third party vendors successfully.
:Willingness to unconditionally commit to targets and the targets of the team, Sets goals and achieves them consistently.
:Optimize all aspects of affiliate programs through established and new networks; ability to enhance existing programs and establish new ones.
:Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI.
:Manage affiliate relations, communication and recruitment.
:Prioritize execution strategy based on revenue potential.
:Motivate affiliates to provide maximum exposure and revenues.
:Understand and implement technology solutions to allow for scale up.
:Track and analyze metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the program(s).
:10 years of Affiliations Program Management experience.
:Understand best practices around affiliations programs and industry standards.
:Proven experience building and implementing affiliations programs on a large scale.
:Success in a challenging, non:bureaucratic environment.
:Highly competitive and has a measure of aggressiveness and assertiveness.
:High sense of urgency.
:Takes responsibility for own results and results of the team.
:Has high expectations of one self and others.
:High degree of initiative.
:Strong organizational skills.
