As a full-time agent you will help individuals, families, and small businesses protect what they love today as well as secure their tomorrows.
Including, but not limited to:
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
Refer opportunities to our Personal Financial Specialist.
Document customer contact in eAgent.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products.
Provide excellent customer service including follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, file claims, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Possess a property & casualty insurance license.
Bi-lingual, English- and Spanish-speaking.
Must pass background check.
