In additional to being involved with IoT and data analytic, this role will also have significant responsibility in services marketing, project management, and program implementation. Job Function and Responsibilities
The Data Analyst will manage our telemetry:enabled services program, known as Fuse Connected Services, for North America. Using telemetry machine data and AGCOs AgCommand portal, Fuse Connected Services enable dealers to service their customers through customizable service packages, consultation, and proactive service management. Working cross:functionally with engineering, technical service, dealers, and customers, the Data Analyst will develop and expand use cases for telemetry data for services marketing. The Data Analyst is responsible for creating insightful dashboards and reports using AGCO machinery telemetry data for internal and external clients. The role will also contribute to the global product management team in developing the next generation of telemetry hardware and software for AGCO. Additional responsibility include internal and external presentation, market research, and other strategic projects within the Commercial Services team.
Education and Experience
:Bachelors degree required
:Major in business analytic or technical field strongly preferred
:1:3 years of analytical experience, ideally in support operations, business operations, or consulting
:Ag:related majors or industry experience preferred
Qualifications and Experience
:Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Access
:Experience in data visualization tool, such as Tableau, Qlik, etc.
:Proficient with SQL to perform data analysis and insights delivery preferred
:Experience with data analytic tools: Excel, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
:Proficiency with statistical analysis
:Excellent communication skills from senior management to field staff
:Critical thinker, comfortable with experimentation and problem solving without specific process, learner
: 25 travel
