As our Associate Segment Mgr, you will lead Multi:Family segment projects and initiatives to drive accelerated market share growth, assists in the management of the Multi:Family segment and delivery of annual business goals, and integrates and collaborates with cross:functional management teams Using the information gathered in the field, you will develop specific market strategies that will drive success in those markets. Your ability to be creative and solution focused based on the real needs of a specific market will be challenged and rewarded.
The Multi:Family Associate Segment Mgr will help manage the Multi:Family and Commercial business for exterior siding products, which is a 200MM business focused on residential Multi:Family (attached) dwellings such as apartments, condominiums, as well as light commercial buildings. The incumbent assists the MF Segment Manager in managing day:to:day business operations (i.e. segment performance analysis and sales team support) as well as focusing on developing and growing the business. This position will lead projects and teams across the full spectrum of the segment including new product development, customer programs, and market initiatives. The Multi:Family Project Lead works closely and collaborates with the MF sales team, new product management team, and the finance/pricing team. The Multi:Family Project Lead reports to the Multi:Family Segment Manager and will be part of the Strategic Marketing and Development organization based in downtown Chicago.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
* 5 or more years of experience of business / product development, project management, business analysis, or marketing (Building industry and/or Multi:Family housing segment experience preferred.)
* Experience leading cross:functional projects
* Business to business plus business to consumer marketing experience (preferred).
* Sales or business development experience (preferred)
