We are looking for a Top Notch Professional who is quality minded, a self starter, amibitious, detail oriented and able to manage a team. We would rquire a minimum of 7 years experience, proven track record of consistent quality production and ultimate care for what you produce. Your background would include an accredited cooking school.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire bakery and pastry operations of daily production holiday/seasonal products and maintaining our strict quality and cleanliness standards. We have a retail and wholsale business that serves upscale hotels and restaurants in the City of Chicago.

Our five day work week is Tuesday through Saturday. We offer a competitive salary and compensation package.
