Real Estate Administrative Assistant

We are a high tech real estate brokerage located in Elmhurst and are seeking to add an Administrative Assistant to our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a real estate office or familiarity with the real estate business.

This position will serve as the first point of contact : greeting clients in person and over the phone. Duties to include Marketing : brochures, postcards etc. Assisting brokers with various problems and questions, review and process files in Docusign Transaction Room. Additional administrative:type responsibilities as assigned. Must be comfortable with both directed administrative tasks and taking the lead on projects as assigned.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
