Overview:
I'm an up and coming real estate investor in the Chicagoland market and I have the good "problem" of more leads than I can handle right now. A lot more. Like over 3,000 to be exact, probably more. These are property owners facing foreclosure for any number of reasons and as an investor, it's my job to try and help create a win-win-win situation (buyer, seller, bank).

The Job:
Your job, very simply, will be to call on these leads and ask them 2-5 questions, document their answers and that's it! You don't need to sell anything, ask for any personal information or even try and add them to any newsletters. None of it! Ask the questions, track the answers, move on to the next one. Why is there a range of 2-5? Simple. Not everyone you call will want help or need help any longer and for those, we wish them the best and move on to the next. But for every person you call that DOES need the help and we end up buying their property, YOU get paid a minimum of $100 on that deal. I need someone who can call at least 100 leads per week, that's just 20 a day. If you can't guarantee that minimum activity, this probably isn't the best gig for you at this time. It won't do any good to "fake" your dials either because you'd only be cheating yourself out of money.

The "Fine Print":
The income is entirely performance based (or commission only as some call it), but if you're familiar with today's workplace economy and/or real estate in general, you know this is about par for the course. Under no circumstances should you attempt to leave any current job you may have to work on this full time, however, full time opportunities will exist later on depending on your performance. You'll be paid as a 1099 Independent Contractor and responsible for your own taxes/deductions/etc.

I'm looking for two people, bilingual (English/Spanish) would be ideal but not required. A professional command of the English language is absolutely required. At a minimum of 100 calls per week, this project could conceivably cover two people for the rest of the calendar year. I'm very easy to work and get along with but I don't play or waste time when it comes to business so I expect anyone who works with me to be of the same mindset. I do business the right way, no B.S. or nonsense.

If you are interested, please contact me via email with your name and contact information along with a brief description of your work experience and what interests you about this job. Save the resumes, they are so cliché and don't tell me much. I'd rather know in your own words about your experience and what you have to offer in this role. Serious inquiries only, all others will be discarded.
