Job Description
Luxury Living Chicago Realty (LLCR), a full:service real estate brokerage, is adding a Director of Real Estate Brokerage and Development Services to our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Director of Real Estate Brokerage and Development Services, you will support the continued growth of the companys real estate development marketing and brokerage leasing/condo sales divisions. You will report to the Business Manager and be a member of the executive leadership team.
Your responsibilities will include:
x25CF; Lead, manage and hold accountable a team of sales managers, brokers, leasing agents and customer success ambassadors responsible for planning, executing and reporting on Companys apartment and condo listing portfolio.
x25CF; Identify, hire and coach leasing/sales team members to deliver best in class real estate services and professionalism for our clients and customers.
x25CF; Serve as the primary point of contact for Companys real estate developer clients on all aspects of pre:development, marketing strategy and leasing/sales execution.
x25CF; Facilitate an environment of teamwork between the sales/leasing, operations, and marketing teams by providing consistent reporting, analysis, and recommendations for mutual success.
x25CF; Collaborate and present on all business development proposals and presentations to educate potential clients, development partners, and investors on the services provided by LLCR, including:
: Initial market and development overview and financial analysis
: Ongoing pre:development consultation
: Comprehensive branding and marketing strategy
: Apartment leasing and condo sales development strategy and execution
x25CF; Handle and report results to internal leadership and developer clients on all
marketing/leasing/sales activity.
x25CF; Strategize on best practice marketing events, open houses, outside broker engagement and other creative branding/marketing opportunities.
x25CF; Contribute to the ongoing strategy for the Company as it relates to our business:to:business messaging, branding and content creation.
x25CF; Maintain positive working relationships with all LLCR customers, vendors, and partners.
x25CF; Professional representation of LLCR at networking, marketing, and industry events.

Skills and Requirements
x25CF; Bachelors degree with 5+ years of real estate brokerage management, acting as a managing broker and/or development experience.
x25CF; Full understanding of real estate development process including experience talking to architects, designers, capital partners and multifamily brokers
x25CF; Desire to manage and empower others to succeed
x25CF; Dedicated, well:organized and deadline oriented
x25CF; Ability to multitask and work across a variety of platforms and channels
x25CF; Extensive experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and analytics/data insights software
x25CF; Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and online platforms
x25CF; Professional and personable with great communication and time management skills
x25CF; Strong relationship building skills
x25CF; Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
