Strategic Sales Flow:

Loan Consultant is one of the most important roles in our company. You will assist in reviewing the 1003, follow:up with clients for additional documentation and follow up on phone calls to leads, generating interest in potential loan products. We expect Consultants to maintain loan production at or above minimum loan volume and quality targets. Excellent bonus structure.

Job Requirements:

:High school diploma or equivalent.
:Must be able to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required.
:Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
:Proficient in DU/DO, LP, and major Origination systems.
:Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
:Must have a positive attitude.
:Must be dependable, self:motivated and require minimal supervision.
:Proficient with major correspondent and wholesale channels and their guidelines, including their websites and pricing engines.

High lead volume. Extremely competitive comp plan.
