Sales Reporting Analyst Responsibilities include: The Sales Reporting Systems Analyst is responsible for support of sales reporting as part of the organization’s administrative team. Maintain and enhance automation efforts in the Sales and Catering database in order to increase daily productivity for sales, catering and convention services personnel. Accurately generate and process all reports that are communicated to key stakeholders. Prepare all monthly sales and catering reports, including but not limited to revenue management, booking analysis and incentive calculation reports for individual and team production, submitting accurate reports in a timely manner. Distribute sales managers’ incentive calculation reports detailing production. Manage and administrate the database to verify data integrity for accurate reporting, including maintenance of security of confidential material. Produce group reports used for strategic planning and assist in the analysis of these reports to determine appropriate sales and catering production goals. Conduct market research and evaluate the profitability, timeliness and desirability of group business. Coordinate input of historical data to assure accuracy. Maintain property storage, archival and retrieval of backup material. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; read and visually verify information in a variety of formats. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees.
