The Recruiter will focus on determining recruiting needs, developing hiring profiles, creating and executing sourcing strategies to source qualified and diverse candidates to meet position requirements, facilitating interviews and closing candidates. In addition, the Recruiter administers the recruitment process, ensures compliance with government regulations regarding employment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages and executes the full life cycle recruiting including establishing hiring plans, sourcing candidates, qualifying and pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, facilitating hire/no hire decisions, formulating offers, conducting checks, and closing candidates.Partners with hiring managers to define recruiting needs, establish hiring profiles, and develop and implement cost-effective recruiting strategies.Executes service level agreements and communicates with hiring manager throughout the recruitment process.Evaluates profiles of potential candidates and performs preliminary phone screen assessments; screens candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications.Effectively represents and markets career opportunities to prospective candidates; assess candidates’ technical and functional qualifications as well as organizational fit based upon culture and business objectives. Computer Skills Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.
