The Internal Communications Manager is a critical role within the communications team and is responsible for developing and executing Presence Health’s internal communications strategy. Success in this role will be assessed on the quality of communications, the level of integration with leaders and key partners in Public Relations, Brand Marketing, Design, Community Engagement, Physician Engagement, the Executive Office and Human Resources to drive change, associate, physician, and leader engagement and Presence Health pride.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This document represents the major duties, responsibilities, and authorities of this job, and is not intended to be a complete list of all tasks and functions. Other duties may be assigned. Work with key internal clients to position changes appropriately, communicate relevant information and help move audience members toward awareness, understanding, and behavior goals.Develop original, innovative editorial content for the company’s internal channels, ranging from written communications, such as intranet and social media updates, an internal newsletter, HR announcements, video content and brand-driven campaigns.Manage and produce key internal content media.Develop communication plans for internal programs.Serve in consultative capacity as manager of internal communications for the roll-out of major organizational shifts and for other organizational communication needs.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s Degree in communications, journalism or related field.6-10 years of successful experience in Employee Communications and/or Corporate Communications.   Skills and Abilities Must have proven experience in developing and implementing employee communications strategies and tactics and ability to roll out major programs for an organization.Must have proven success in applying measurement, and evaluation of internal programs.Must demonstrate ability for successful project management, audience assessment, internal client management and strategic planning.Must possess ability to communicate effectively to multiple internal audiences across multiple projects.Must possess exceptional verbal and written communications, strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and be a team player, consensus builder, and persuasive communicator.Must possess solid skills in AP Style.Must be a strong writer and editor.Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time in a consistent manner.Must pay meticulous attention to detail.Must be able to navigate successfully in a rapidly changing environment.Must be a resourceful and effective problem solver. Computer Skills                                                            Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite.#LI-MR1 Business Unit: Corporate (LRHC and LPH)COMPANY OVERVIEW:EOE of Minorities/Females/Vets/Disability.
