What you’ll be doing...

You will be leading a team responsible for driving results through collaboration with our customers. By partnering with both internal and external teams on complex platform solution sales, you will be critical in ensuring that our solutions are meeting our customer’s technical and business needs and for delivering the best possible experience. This leader will act as a counterpart to the Executive Director and B2B Directors as well as an advisor to the Market President on emerging technology strategies and team performance.

  • Recruit and retain senior level Emerging Technology Consultants whose talents consist of consultative sales, solutions architecture, and domain expertise.

  • Effectively relay the voice of the customer with regard to the viability of the existing advanced solutions portfolio. Ensure customer success criteria and ROI justification is identified and met.

  • Lead team to win qualified market opportunities: provide domain expertise, architect solutions, oversee contract lifecycle for maximum profitability, and drive to close.

  • Provide guidance for responses to RFI/RFP/RFQs.

  • Provide senior leadership and stakeholders with updates on key metrics, leading and lag indicators, status on joint sales initiatives, issues, and risks.

What we’re looking for...

You enjoy motivating and leading a team and solving complex business problems our customers face. You work collaboratively and are agile when customer needs change.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience leading a team.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Even better if you have:

  • A Master’s degree.

  • Six or more years of experience leading a team of technical sales experts.

  • Proven track record of delivering results selling complex solutions.

  • Managed complex technical sales and demonstrated follow-through.

  • A track record of building a sales pipeline and meeting targets.

  • Technology experience with WAN data communications, wireless networks, transmissions, and apps that use wireless technology.

  • Developed positive account relationships with all different sizes of companies.
