This manager will support clients and internal teams in the packaging development process from front:end idea through implementation. Job ResponsibilitiesFields client and internal insights inquiries on time, on budget and to objective including selection of vendors and contractors, and business partners and collaborators. Leads creation and delivery of secondary research and insights capabilities that support internal development needs for innovation and HAVI Packaging teams.Leads continued evolution of secondary research and insights capabilities to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of tools and processes for direct customer needs.Collaborates with client account and packaging leadership to establish processes for funding, approving, and managing secondary research and insights needs for packaging development programs.Evaluates and establishes suites of secondary research and insights tools to best meet client and HAVI needs in key areas including packaging development opportunities, trends, whitespaces, and market needs.Supports development and tracking of appropriate departmental KPIA?s.Provides knowledge and expertise to development of new processes and integration of new tools and technologies in the research and design areas.Supports departmental development, client growth, and HAVI integration via collaborations, meeting participation and stewardship of departmental objective.Enhances HAVI market awareness and brand equity by contributing to thought:leadership pieces.Manages the work performance of direct reports; serves as mentor and coach. Authors and provides reviews and appropriate goal:setting during corporate outlined review periods. Experience with evaluating market research vendors and familiarity with quantitative research methodologies.Experience in research knowledge management, market research processes, report writing and storyline creation.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Relevant technology platform use such as InDesign, Adobe suite, iMovie or another video editing suite, Microsoft Office suite.Ability to manage diverse needs of multiple stakeholders and demands of simultaneous projects and customers.Technical expertise in secondary and/or primary research methodology and study designData and qualitative analysis experience and capability.University Degree (or equivalent) in Market Research, Communications, Journalism, or a relevant discipline plus generally 10+years of experience in market research or related functions.
