As a member of the Verizon Telematics Talent Acquisition Leadership team you will develop and execute Campus, Program and Recruitment Marketing strategies to support the business needs and growth of the Verizon Telematics Business.
Collaborate with cross functional leaders across the organization to develop and execute relevant campus, internship and other programs to help meet the current and future hiring needs of the business,
- Measure and recommend best in class recruitment marketing tools and programs to help drive top talent to the organization,
- Develop and mange critical third party vendor relationships to help supplement internal recruiting efforts,
- Lead and execute critical strategic projects including but not limited to candidate experience, recruitment marketing calendar, and video job descriptions
- Comply with EEOC and OFCCP guidelines and compliant best practices
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience as a full life cycle recruiter.
- Expert level experience in campus and other recruiting programs
- Strong foundation in best in class recruitment marketing tools and resources
- Experience managing relationships at Executive levels,
Ideally, you’ll also have:
• A master’s degree.
• Experience with consulting and negotiating skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence through relationships, expertise and data.
