The Sales Representative position offers motivated individuals with limited sales experience, a development opportunity leading to a full:time sales position. You will receive mentoring and practical field sales experience. Operations experience includes pricing, administration, sales support and field experience in direct sales of Navistars new and used International Brand trucks. Develop a working knowledge of the trucking industry, including InternationalA?s product lines and distribution channel; competitorsA? product lines; the retail transactional environment; and the operations of a truck dealership. Will also develop an excellent understanding of InternationalA?s infrastructure, values, policies and procedures, and order fulfillment process and will gain solid selling skills.Plans and implements projects that support the sales organization. Assists sales organization in providing technical and administrative productinformation. Works with market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices. Prepares the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system, such as CRM. Coordinates with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements. Basic Requirements:BachelorA?s degreeAt least 2 years sales administration experienceORAt least 4 years sales administration experience Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
