SWC Technology Partners is searching for an Organizational Change Management and Training Consultant to join our Software Solutions Group. This individual will work on a team of user advocates, leading organizational change management (OCM) efforts for Office 365, infrastructure, data analytics, and application development projects. This role is accountable for strategic shifts such as new products and services, evolving growth strategies, and innovative technology; these all impact a companyA?s most important asset, their people. SWC helps our clients with the significant changes essential for success, offering business:oriented and data:driven solutions to drive transformation programs and achieve high impact, sustainable business anizational Impact Assessment: Assess impact of technology change on the business to minimize impact and improve user adoptionCulture Change: Proactively work with project leadership to identify and address resistance and change readiness challengesTeam Development: Plan change management activities and deliverables for hybrid teams including business analysts, client training / communication leads, and delivery consultants and engineersCommunications Management: Plan, draft and execute marketing, training, support, and feedback communicationsNew Systems and Process Integration: Training development and role mapping to support implementations and system upgradesChange Management Adoption: Create, utilize and enable organizations for ensuring engagement, involvement and ownership of the technology adoption solution and the results to relevant stakeholder groupsEnd User and Executive Training: Lead and facilitate classroom and 1:1 executive trainingBachelorA?s degree from an accredited university3:5 yearsA? experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Learning Solutions, Talent Strategies, Enablement and Training, or equivalent human capital consulting roleAbility to set direction, develop and lead learning while developing strategies that improve user adoption and manage end user expectationsExperience and knowledge with change management principles, methodologies and toolsSuccessful track record of interacting with entry level employees to senior leadersExcellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience with Microsoft products to include Office 365 (O365), SharePoint, Data Analytics or App Dev a plusHigh energy, excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenExcels at operating in a fast paced technical environmentMust have legal authorization to work in the U.S. for any employerPerks of working at SWC:Bragging rights : Check out our AwardsCareer development : formal mentorship programs with assigned career advocate to assist with your training and growthComprehensive health and dental plans starting on Day OneSWC pays for technical certificationsFlex time scheduleFree onsite gym, quarterly massages, yoga classes and fun group competitions and outingsSWC is an equal opportunity employer.
