ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The General Manager is responsible for providing our customers with Robinson Hill’s “delighting guests, one experience at a time” service. This exceptional experience effort is combined with meeting or exceeding budgets for Sales, Cost of Goods (COG), Cost of Labor (COL) and Manager Controllables. The General Manager will lead his/her Management Team to create a culture in their restaurant that fosters team development and projects the values of the company with the ultimate responsibility of safeguarding the financial success of Robinson Hill operations.

Operate the restaurant to RH’s standards for Food Quality, Guest Service and Cleanliness & Organization at all times
Order food and beverage effectively and accurately to guarantee stock on hand while minimizing waste/excess product.
Receive product according to procedures, handling any returns and communicating price or quality issues to the vendor and Operations Manager.
Work directly with outside facilities vendors to ensure all equipment is operating to standard.
Conducts accurate and timely inventory. Maintains an overall inventory awareness.
ServSafe certified and ensures RH’s food safety and workplace safety standards are practiced.
Effectively constructs weekly team member schedules and daily deployment to meet budgeted labor targets and business flow.
Validates all Team Member training. Implements and executes the Robinson Hill Dream Team program.
Creates a positive teamwork environment by promoting high morale and encouraging full Team involvement.
Manages and attains all sales and financial targets for food, labor and controllable costs.
Ensures The Human Element audit standards are met.
Operates within the guidelines of our company values.
Handles customer comments and complaints.

REQUIREMENTS:

Read, write and communicate effectively in English.
Be physically able to work a 10-12 hour day while on your feet.
Climbing, reaching, walking, sitting, grasping, repetitive motions, visual acuity, hearing, and a great deal of smiling.
Able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times throughout a shift.
Work standing up for sustained periods of 4-6 hours.
Represent the Brand by maintaining a professional appearance.
Pass required background check and drug test.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Previous restaurant experience (quick service) of at least 2 years at the GM Level.
Strong POS and POS analytic experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related discipline is a plus.
