The Strategic Planning Financial Analyst will support managers in the Strategic Planning and Analysis group and will with staff at various levels within all of the FirmA?s locations. The Financial Analyst will work on projects in areas including: responding to RFPA?s, developing and analyzing client fee arrangements, data mining efforts, budgeting exercises, reporting support for partners and the Marketing department and assisting in the hourly billing rate maintenance. The Financial Analyst will also be involved in developing process improvements at the Firm and office levels.Support managers in data mining efforts and in building pricing databases.Support efforts to manage the FirmA?s client discount and alternative fee arrangements, including analyzing the economic impact of various arrangements and working with the Client Arrangements team to document and implement the FirmA?s client arrangements.Assist the Marketing department in practice development initiatives by providing information and analysis.Assist in supporting partners in responding to the pricing components of RFPs.Perform regular and maintenance audits of standard hourly billing rates.Provide analysis and information to support client and matter budgeting and reporting needs.Assist in the development and implementation of various Firm and office initiatives.Other duties as assigned.Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the Duties and Responsibilities (Duties) above satisfactorily and meet the requirements below. Education and/or Experience:Required:A minimum of 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.Advanced capabilities and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
