Position Summary:The Borrower Services DRS is responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed by the borrower and returned to the private collection agency in a timely manner, by contacting and notifying borrowers of various events, requirements, and discrepancies that occur during the program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Contact and notify borrowers by telephone and mail of various events, requirements, and discrepancies that occur during the program, including credit card declines, insufficient funds and missing documents. Utilize skiptracing methods as needed, when contact by telephone and email are not successfulService live transfers from other units within the company to inform and verify with the borrower which financial documents are required to complete the rehabilitation programUpdate records and account document activity, including borrowers financial status, demographics, and collection efforts associated with resolving their accountsVerify direct check and credit card payments after reaching established tenure Essential Qualifications:Organization and planning; ability to understand and determine priorities, effectively manage time and develop work plans in order to accomplish tasks and/or projectsJudgment and decision making; ability general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make senseInnovation and creativity; ability to generate and translate ideas, and adapt to changeTeamwork; effectively participate and contribute as a member of a work groupCommunication; ability to clearly organize and effectively convey informationStrong active listening skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet specific deadlines Education and Experience:AssociateA?s degree preferred or equivalent work experienceOne year of experience in 3rd party accounts receivables, sales or customer service in a call center environment Background Requirements: Drug TestCriminal BackgroundSecurity Clearance : Public TrustBackground Investigation and fingerprint checkMale applicants born after 12/31/1959 must have registered for the Selective Service. the Selective Service WebsiteSensitivity for this role is 5C Pay: 15.67 per hourBonus: Monthly Bonus based on productionBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K packageBenefits Continued: Paid time off: vacation, sick, and holidays Schedule: Monday:Friday 8am:5pm Two (2) shifts per week 12pm:9pm FMS is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employers Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran
