The Business Development Manager creates long:term value for UL from clients, markets, and relationships. Develop, promote and drive the growth of cybersecurity services for UL across multiple industries. Work with the leadership team to develop a business plan for new and innovative cybersecurity risk mitigation services related to penetration testing, risk assessments and security advisory. Develop Cybersecurity strategy with industry commercial, marketing and sales leads to generate new revenue growth and achieve bookings goals. Research Markets and competition to analyze and develop strategy. Drive the Cybersecurity business, pursue arising business opportunities and build relationships with stakeholders in order to increase UL revenue and maximize UL profits. Assist industry leadership in the development of industry account strategies, goals and plans with a focus on driving a foundation for industry growth for UL. Focus on client satisfaction, account growth and expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty. Drive key client r and target segment order growth with expansion of cybersecurity services. Drive and manage client opportunity pipeline of new services and leads them through order booking in collaboration with industry teams. Manage dynamic portfolio of services and effectively communicate internally and externally. Work and manage UL vendor and partner relationships to continue to provide excellent services to our clients.Develops cybersecurity strategy for the Commercial and Industrial Business Unit by region based on Market research and competitive intelligence, and in collaboration with industries to generate new revenue growth and achieve booking goals.Leads commercial aspects of developing, managing, and growing a full portfolio of cybersecurity services with profitable business growth and client satisfaction for all Commercial and Industrial Business Divisions.Pursues growth opportunities (organic and inorganic) for the Commercial and Industrial divisions and manages a healthy client opportunity pipeline aligned with global industry strategies, in collaboration with Industry Commercial Leads, Sales and Operations team members in achieving booking goals for these new services.Leads Marketing (segmentation, targeting and positioning) and Pricing (value creation, structure, tools, policy, levels) strategy by industry in collaboration with C and I marketing and Industry Commercial Leads.Manages and coordinates on new services with ULA?s larger clients for all related industries in collaboration with the Industry and global team members. Works with key clients to promote and sell UL services, gather client requirements to develop new and relevant services, and research new ideas for service growth and expansion.Develops and coordinates executive presentations and de:briefings on cybersecurity.Represents industry leadership in demonstrating Thought Leadership at client and industry events.Assists industry and sales leadership in the development of account strategies, goals and plans.Drives client account growth with expansion of cybersecurity services provided. May provide work direction to other employees in charge of specific client accounts through ability to influence.Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive client issues.Performs other duties as directed.University Degree (Equivalent to BachelorA?s degree) in Business Administration, Marketing or a related disciplines plus generally five years of experience in highest value corporate account management or eight years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales area with account management experience. Degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity (equivalent to BachelorA?s degree) is a plus.Demonstrated ability to negotiate, acquire and manage high value client accounts with some relationships in the critical infrastructure industry Ability to sell A?at the highest levelA? with a compelling value:add strategy approach.Detailed understanding of the cy
