This management position plays a critical role with the Sales organization to promote growth and industry leadership in the controls market. This will be done by working with existing customer relationships to develop hospitality Controls, software solutions (SaaS), and service agreements.

•Two to Four years of industry experience in hospitality or controls.
•Minimum of four years of proven sales experience.
•Integrity, credibility, and a strong commitment to the company’s mission. Takes an active interest in learning and contributing to the team
•Highly organized and detail oriented
•Microsoft Office proficiency
•Ability to work in a team and individually.
•Flexible, adaptable team player with excellent written and communication skills
•Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
•Six to eight years of industry experience in building automation. (Siemens, JCI, Schneider, other BAS / controls companies).
•Solutions sales (meaning new construction / renovations) mixed with some service aspect.
•Existing connections to Chicago Architects, General contractors and Electrical Contractors required.
•Demonstration of creative sales strategies and ability to inspire others to step up their game.
•Comfortable showing leadership inside a team (we have a young sales team).
•This role requires extensive traveling to account sites throughout the United States.
•HQ is based in Chicago. Can work remotely but needs to check into office weekly.
•Full-time salaried position along with an uncapped commission and accelerator incentive plan
•Account Executives shall act as the liaison between our company and customers.
•Work with operations to conduct pre-bid reviews, to ensure accurate, high quality projects.
•Maintain an accurate CRM database, including proper forecasting, project probability.
•Ensure project documentation such as signed agreements, purchase orders, and Terms & •Conditions are received and processed on time.
•Participate in conventions, meetings, seminars, and training sessions associated with our product/industry.
