Guitar Lessons with Certified Teacher ($30/Hour)

I'm a certified math, reading, and social studies teacher with 14 years experience playing guitar and 6 years of experience teaching it to children and adults alike.
My teaching style is focused on helping students learn how to play guitar at their own pace using THEIR favorite songs. I specialize each lesson to each individual student's interests.
Aside from my experience as a guitar instructor, I completed music theory and Pro Tools Recording Engineer courses at DePaul University back in 2006. I have experience recording as a musician as well as recording other musicians using industry equipment.
I charge $20/half-hour and $30/hour. (I do not charge for materials or for the time it takes to prepare material for sessions.) Students receive chord charts and exercises to supplement instruction.
