POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our client, a global financial services corporation, is dedicated to providing their clients with superior customer service while always striving to exceed client expectations. The Application Support Analyst is responsible for day-to-day operations of application systems and will represent the Production Support organization on company wide projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and troubleshoot application issues
  • Subject Matter Expert and provide in depth knowledge of applications
  • Monitor process and software changes and relay issues to project team
  • Root cause analysis, communication management and CRM
  • Prioritize workload to deliver timely, proactive and accurate solutions
  • Liaison to business and technical leads for ticket escalation

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years experience with application support and development (Windows Batch and Shell Scripting)
  • Experience with: SSRS, TFS, SQL Server, .Net, Jira and Windows
  • Financial Services experience
