Drivers Education of America's 6 hour adult drivers education course can be verified with the Illinois Secretary of State's office (look
for Drivers Education of America):

If you are, or know someone you know who is, between the ages of 18-20 and doesn't have an Illinois driver’s license, then the State of Illinois requires (you to complete a State of Illinois certified)6-hour online adult driver education course to be taken as part of the requirements to get your drivers license. You will need an official certificate to bring with you to the Illinois DMV.

This course does not need to be taken locally at an actual driving school in Illinois. All of the courses can be taken online. Taking the Drivers Education of America course online guarantees the course has been reviewed and approved by the state of Illinois. Therefore, taking the course at a local driving school is not required and is more expensive.

The State of Illinois permits the course to be taken online as long as you take the course from an Illinois Secretary of State approved company like(Drivers Education of America) ours. Upon successful completion, you will receive in your email a valid, printable certificate that the Illinois Drivers License Office will accept as proof that you have passed the Illinois Adult Driver Education 6-Hour instruction course.
