Job DescriptionThe Senior Executive Administrator provides secretarial support for an assigned senior or executive manager of this international financial and banking institution, or to a group of employees.JOB DUTIES: Coordination of travel - both domestic and international - and corresponding itinerariesPreparing expense reimbursements / invoices for payment in an accurate and timely mannerAnswering phone lines and attending to e-mails / mail correspondence and distributionMaintaining calendar, scheduling appointments, booking rooms, and arranging equipment (multiple meeting requests)Typing memos/reports/prepares power point presentation, maintenance of org. charts for entire Mortgage division, etc.Maintaining files and making photocopies / sending faxesAdhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Organization and regulatory standards, policies, and practices; report control weaknesses, compliance breaches, and operational loss eventsSupport the Organization's Diversity programsParticipate in and manage special projects, as requestedCommunicate information, knowledge and ideas with the team as relevant or appropriateDemonstrate a commitment to excellence and perform to the highest standardsTake an active role in initiatives outside of own roleJOB REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in MS Office applications (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and excellent typing skills10+ years of administrative experience in a large professional settingBachelors DegreeStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to quickly learn new internal systems and processes.Exceptional communication skills, problem solving, organizational and project management skillsAbility to exercise discretion and maintain professionalism regarding all confidential mattersAbility to deal with all levels of personnel and external partiesSelf-directed and attentive to detail, with excellent follow-through skillsUphold the highest level of integrity and act as a role model for all Organization values and business principlesAbility to use own initiative on how to help organize/manage schedulesAbility to build relationships with business partners and navigate complex organizational structureJob Type: ContractSalary: $32.00 /hourRequired education:Bachelor'sRequired experience:administrative: 10 yearstravel arrangement: 2 yearsMS Office: 2 years
