Due to rapid growth, we seek BDRs to find, contact and arrange discussions at small, mid-size, and selected enterprise level agencies in North America.

-- Quick learner, highly inquisitive, and ambitious.
-- Very goal-oriented. Realizes numbers, metrics and facts tell the story best.
-- Bring a lot of energy and enthusiasm to work.
-- High acumen for and desire to learn sales. There is a defined career path UP.
-- Understands the the value of being detail-oriented.
-- 1-2 years sales experience. Outside Sales Experience preferred.
-- Strong record of success in whatever you have done.
-- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.


Responsibilities:


-- Finding new opportunities for business; then working closely with Account Executives to close deals.
-- Your first 30 days you learn about the marketplace our products & Services, some proven b2b phone tactics, and CRM software.
-- Your next 30 days are spent finding your groove and specialty. Sourcing? Research and -- Detective Work? Calling only? Or a combination of the 3….
-- You will receive monthly commissions based on: appointments you set, those that convert into opportunities for the outside team, and those that convert into revenue via a signed contract. 3 ways to win!
-- Building a pipeline via direct outreach (phone and email) based on our prospect databases and your own research. Each hour has a portion of time dedicated to prospecting
-- Documenting “what happened” and “what’s next” for each interaction into CRM Software
-- Helping our sales team to succeed and build a scalable, repeatable process.
-- Completing sales training assignments and improving quickly.
-- Adapting quickly to our fast-paced, dynamic organization
