Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate area in a professional and courteous manner
• Welcome and greet visitors
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
• Maintain and update the reception calendar
• Process between 1500-2000 contracts per month, including entry, editing and applying payments to contracts
• Assist with the distribution of month end reports
• Audit and prepare contract batches for data entry
• Assist with updating department procedures
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum two year related office experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Capable of handling multiple incoming calls with a professional attitude
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient with computers especially in Microsoft Office
• Exception organization skills and accuracy
• Able to key 8000 KPH (keystrokes per hour)

• Capable of multi-tasking
