Office Assistant


As part of the AMORSERV LLC Operations Department, the Office Assistant is responsible for ensuring day-to-day office operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate for this position will be an intellectually curious, hardworking individual with a strong work ethic, and team attitude. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Support Team Members in the office with administrative duties (Organize and schedule meetings and appointments)

Handling incoming calls and other communications.

Managing filing system.

Recording information as needed.

Greeting clients and visitors as needed.

Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.

Helping organize and maintain office shared areas.

Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

Coordinating events as necessary.

Maintaining supply inventory.

Maintaining office equipment as needed.

Aiding with client reception as needed.

Experience as a virtual assistant.

Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Works effectively as a proactive contributing team member as well as working individually

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills; Resourceful in completing time sensitive tasks with limited supervision

Capable of working effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization

Required Qualifications

Extremely organized individual with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks

Very strong communication skills, both verbal (phone and in person) and written (emails, notifications), as well as excellent listening capabilities

Professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills

Microsoft Office 365 knowledge (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

Experience with salesforce is a plus

Initiative and motivation with a willingness to take on new and challenging responsibilities

High school diploma or associate degree.
