Key responsibilities include office related administrative support for the regional office and personal assistant to the General Manager.
Reception duties
Induction of new staff
Schedule and taking minutes for meetings
Drafting correspondence
Organise office events
Travel arrangements for staff
Maintaining proposal and project registers
Project invoices and budget reporting
Set up and management of proposal and project files
You are a proactive and resilient professional who is able to work with minimal supervision. You have excellent customer service skills, have strong written and verbal communication skills and feel comfortable liaising with all levels of staff.
Previous administrative experience
Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong customer and team focus
Ability to work autonomously and with teams
Strong interpersonal skills.
