Additional responsibilities of the Office Administrator include:Performing administrative functions such as typing abstracts and manuscripts according to specific grant formatsComposing formal and informal correspondence, compiling reports, and creating and formatting presentationsMaintaining calendar for physicians and supervisorTaking, preparing, and distributing meeting minutesMaking travel arrangements and preparing expense reportsMaintaining complex confidential patient and/or general office filesArranging conferences according to department specifications, including booking rooms, catering, and equipmentOffice Administrator RequirementsSuccessful candidates for the Office Administrator role must have experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
