To answer main switchboard, greet all visitors in a professional manner, and assist HR management in administrative office duties. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Answers, directs and screens all incoming calls through switchboard. 2. Greets all visitors courteously, determines their needs, and directs them to the proper 3. person and/or office. 4. Maintains and updates office phone list. 5. Miscellaneous copying and filing as required. 6. Orders HR supplies. 7. Coordinates and plans off site meetings. 8. Handles postal services for facilities. 9. Monitors Security System and prepare and issue badge access cards. 10. Tracks and maintains PTO spreadsheet. 11. Creates and maintains training records. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Special projects, as assignedQUALIFICATIONS: 1. Typing at minimum of 50wpm. 2. Pleasant telephone voice and manner. 3. Ability to work well with multiple priorities. 4. Conduct oneself with professionalism when dealing with guests and customers. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Some college, a plus, but not necessary. 3-5 years consistent Administrative Assistant experience in addition to 6-12 months' switchboard experience and/or training,
