Job DescriptionEXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - RENTAL PROPERTY BOOKKEEPER -- OFFICE MANAGER POSITION PURPOSE: Provide administrative support to the principal of law firm and property management organization.DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation of monthly and annual property financial statements Communicate with tenants and property managers Create and type correspondence, prepare expense reports and spreadsheets. Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and arrange conference calls Open, date, sort and distribute mail daily. File hard and electronic copies of documents, and correspondence. Prepare expense reports.
