Real estate brokers and owners of multiple growing businesses is in need of a part time or full time administrative/personal assistant. We are looking for someone who is energetic, flexible and detail oriented. Must possess a professional demeanor, sound judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential matters. Excellent organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills required.

The successful candidate will be self-directed, highly skilled, results-driven and have excellent computer and technical skills. Must show initiative; possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The ability to follow through and follow up is critical.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to: listing/contract transaction management, office administrative duties, marketing, scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, preparation of mailing packages and requests for information, answering and responding to calls/emails, and providing a high level of service. Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. Manages marketing database and assists in marketing mailings, organization and execution of social media marketing, assist with sales leads investigation via social media and minor graphics creation.

Must have a reliable computer/internet and car to run errands. Must live within 10 miles of Skokie, IL. Most importantly you must always be reachable via text/email/phone.
