Job Description We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. Responsibilities: Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts Schedule pre-employment screenings as necessary Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations Serve as back-up to ensure accurate processing of payroll Ability to process, prioritize, organize and multi task daily work activities in a fast paced environment ​ Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong attention to detail Office experience a must Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with minimal privacy and numerous interruptions
