Job Description:/h3:
Role Responsibilities:
This position is a supportive and administrative role within the Innovation Network Property division, specifically to assist the Regional Manager team. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Market the Innovation Property value proposition to general contractors and mitigation, and other industry service providers in the industry. Identify, target and recruit service providers through the use of multiple distribution channels to the proprietary network.
General Responsibilities:
:Application handling, vetting and relationship management of contractors onboarding, and being considered for candidacy.
:
Marketing/recruiting and explaining benefits of our proprietary program
:Development of new candidates through new identification channels
:Update vendor profile, coverage area, insurance/tax information, payment methods
:Monitor and execute items within Vendor Network Queue
:Comfort level communicating on the phone and over email and being an active participant on team calls (know something/say something, share your knowledge)
:Client specific responsibilities: conduct background checks, credit checks, follow:up calls for information and status of application and documents needed.
Competencies/Skills:
:Excellent communication skills, responsive and takes initiative
:Prioritization of work to accommodate the business needs
:Organized individual who understands how to follow a process and or create one, when needed
:Property industry experience
:Property
Claims/construction knowledge
:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel)
Qualifications:
:A Bachelors Degree in business and/or management related field required.
:A minimum of 2:3 years of property insurance claims or related experience.
:Insurance claims knowledge experience is a plus.
:Demonstrated stable customer work experience is necessary.
:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
